Welcome to Smokies and Sand Getaways!
We’re passionate about travel, beautiful places, and creating experiences that make people feel at home—even when they’re away from home.
For 15 years, we’ve been sharing our vacation rentals with guests and helping them create special memories along the way. Hosting has become something we truly enjoy, and we bring that experience and personal touch to every property we manage.
We believe a great vacation rental should be more than just a place to stay. It should be comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, full of character, and a place you’re excited to return to at the end of the day. From the little details to the overall experience, we want our guests to feel welcome, cared for, and confident they’ve made the right choice.
We’re grateful for every guest who chooses to stay with us and look forward to being a small part of your next adventure!
